JM Data Talent provides recruitment and talent-matching services to:

• Clients: organisations seeking to engage contract professionals in the above disciplines
We operate exclusively in the contract recruitment market. We do not currently offer permanent recruitment services.

4.1 Submitting Your CV and Profile
By submitting your CV or personal details to JM Data Talent, you confirm that:
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date
• You have the right to work in Ireland (or the relevant jurisdiction for the role)
• You consent to JM Data Talent storing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You understand that your CV will only be submitted to clients with your explicit prior consent
4.2 Candidate Obligations
• You agree to inform us promptly of any changes to your availability, right to work status, or contact details
• You agree not to misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or skills
• You agree to attend arranged interviews and to give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
4.3 Fees
JM Data Talent does not charge candidates any fees for our recruitment services. Our services to candidates are entirely free of charge.
5.1 Engagement
By submitting a recruitment brief to JM Data Talent, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are authorised to engage recruitment services on behalf of your organisation.
5.2 Accuracy of Requirements
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the role, organisation, working conditions, and any applicable employment legislation requirements (including IR35 status for contract roles).
5.3 Fees and Payment
Our fee structure and payment terms will be agreed separately in a client engagement letter or service agreement. Fees are invoiced upon successful placement and are payable within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.4 Introductions
Where JM Data Talent introduces a candidate to a client organisation, the client agrees not to engage that candidate directly or through another agency within 12 months of the introduction without first notifying JM Data Talent and settling any applicable introduction fee.
5.5 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the recruitment process, including candidate details, commercial terms, and client hiring requirements.
All content on the JM Data Talent website including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to JM Data Talent. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JM Data Talent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:
• Use of, or inability to use, our website or services
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided on the website
• Any interruption or unavailability of the website
• The conduct or performance of candidates introduced to clients, or clients with whom candidates accept contracts
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Irish law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on our website. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
